A breathtaking skyline moment

Waking up to the stunning view of the city skyline was unforgettable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The king room was incredibly comfortable!

However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, with long lines that tested our patience. It could definitely use some efficiency improvements, especially for a place of this caliber.

The staff at the tour desk was super helpful when we wanted to take our grandson to the Oriental Tower. They arranged tickets efficiently, making our trip to the revolving restaurant a breeze. Plus, the views from our room overlooking the river were stunning.

I spent two nights in a Club access king room with river views, truly mesmerizing! Breakfast showcased a delightful blend of Eastern and Western options. However, the lounge felt overcrowded, affecting the experience. For a serene stay, consider visiting during quieter weekdays.
